Pest Control Services
Wasps, Hornets & Yellow Jackets
- Service includes treatment of the nest area. Treated area is warrantied for 30 days from the day of treatment
- Preventative treatments are offered on both a one-time and recurring basis. One time preventative services are warrantied for 30 days.
- Treatments to control honey bee colonies are not offered.

Ants, Spiders & Occasional Invaders
(beetles, centipedes, clover mites​):
- Factors that will affect the price of treatment include size of the home, severity of situation, species, sanitary conditions, structural conditions and length of warranty.
- Service comes with a standard 30 day warranty for activity. If activity is not resolved by the end of the 14 day estimated time for control, we will return free of charge to sort the issue out.
- Average charge to control ants is between $150-$250 for average homes.

Stinkbugs, Boxelder Beetles, Lady Bugs & Cluster Flies
- Factors that will affect the price of treatment include size of the home, severity of situation, species, sanitary conditions, structural conditions and length of warranty.
- Service comes with a standard 30 day warranty for overwintering pest activity. If activity is not resolved by the end of the 14 day estimated time for control, we will return free of charge to sort the issue out.
- Depending on specific conditions, a warranty may not be offered: This will be discussed at length if applicable.

- Factors that will affect the price of treatment include size of the home, severity of situation, sanitary conditions, structural conditions and length of warranty.
- Service comes with a standard 30 day warranty for covered rodent activity. If activity not resolved by the end of the 14 day estimated time for control, we will return free of charge to sort the issue out.
- Recurring service may be necessary for severe situations.
- Depending on specific conditions, a warranty may not be offered: This will be discussed at length if applicable.

Bedbugs
- Factors that will affect the price of treatment include size of the home, severity of situation, sanitary conditions, structural conditions and length of warranty.
- Service comes with a 90 day warranty for bedbug activity. If bedbugs are not resolved by the end of the estimated time for control, we will return free of charge to sort the issue out.
- Severe situations will take time to control and may require several treatments.
- Depending on specific conditions a warranty may not be offered: This will be discussed at length if applicable.

Cockroaches
- Factors that will affect the price of treatment include size of the home, severity of situation, sanitary conditions, structural conditions and length of warranty.
- Service comes with a 90 day warranty for cockroach activity. If cockroaches are not resolved by the end of the estimated time for control, we will return free of charge to sort the issue out.
- Severe situations will take time to control and may require several treatments.
- Depending on specific conditions a warranty may not be offered: This will be discussed at length if applicable.
